All of CIT's accommodations are furnished. All apartments are fully-equipped and come with both a phone (with voice mail) and a modem line. Kitchens are fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots/pans, flatware, tableware, etc. Bed and bath linens are also provided.

You should bring any special items that you are accustomed to using (i.e., small stereo/CD player, rice cooker, crock pot, etc.).

Not all dorm rooms are equipped with phone service, but we do our best to assign students housing with phone service if at all possible. There is, however, a phone and modem line in the dorm Commons area on each of the wings of the dorm. For more information on our accommodations, click here.
