$100 of each adult registration deposit is transferable (to the registrant only) to another course or to another term provided notification of the need to transfer occurs more than 45 days before the first day of the program for which the student is currently registered. If less than 45 days notification is given, the $150 registration deposit is non-transferable.

It is preferable if students registering for a training package (i.e., the Complete, Core FIVE, or Mini-CORE) would give 60 days notice when they desire to transfer to another term. The reason for this is because often we will need to staff various CIT departments based on registrations. We have set this policy to allow ample time to staff these positions while at the same time, to avoid unnecessarily staffing them (based on expected enrollment) only to have to let the positions go at the last minute due to cancellations.

Registrations are not transferable from one person to another person.
