debrief & reentry

The purpose of CIT's Debrief & Reentry workshop is to provide a safe environment and relational setting where missionaries and their families can process their cross-cultural experience, understand the dynamics of transition, experience renewal, and learn to appropriately communicate their story to others.

Designed to supplement the church or agency debrief, this workshop will focus on helping each missionary family member reflect on and consider how their experience has affected their view of God, themselves, and others and then move on to understand how that experience relates to their life-long development. It provides practical help with re-acculturation as well as a place for rest, relaxation, and reflection on their relationship with the Lord. *Cost for this six day workshop (which includes tuition, room, and board) is as follows:

Adult (per person): $445
Child (0-5 years): $105
Child (6-12 years): $180
Child (13+ years): $230
